Why specifically Cuticaps®?

 

Cuticaps® capsules for healthy and attractive skin protect and help with a scientifically combined combination of active ingredients. As a dietary supplement, Cuticaps® capsules precisely contain the dosages of biotin, the antioxidant radical scavengers Vitamins A and E, riboflavin, as well as pantothenate and nicotinacidamide to support those functions necessary to form and maintain a healthy, attractive skin:

  • Biotin supports the production of keratin in the specialized cells and thus accelerates skin renewal,

  • Vitamins A and E eliminate free radicals, promote a positive free radical balance and thus protect against their destructive effects.

  • Riboflavin is not available in the body and must therefore be given daily to develop its promoting effect on cell division.

  • Pantothenate prevents excess lipid formation on the skin and its consequences.

  • Nicotinacidamide supports the breakdown of toxic substances that also cause acne, for example.

Direction to use:

 

Take one capsule every day with food.

With the consumption of more than 10 cigarettes a day or prolonged sunbathing, take two capsules daily for increased protection against free radicals.

Do not interrupt the intake for 3 months, because only then a complete cycle of skin renewal is completed. To obtain the results, repeat the intake three times a year with a one-month break.

Timely and accelerated skin aging are processes that equally affect the superficial and deep layers of the skin. The natural aging of the skin can not be stopped, but the visible consequences can be as much reduced as those caused by nutrient deficiencies or pollutants.

In addition to a healthy diet and avoidance of harmful substances, concurrent internal and external care and treatment of the skin provides the best protection against early skin aging and clearly visible help in eliminating skin lesions such as lesion-prone, thinner, itchy, dry or fat, blemished skin with and without wrinkles. The key role is taken by those substances that are indispensable for the construction of the visible epidermis and the protection against the ubiquitous free radicals: biotin and antioxidants.

Even before birth, the genetic code determines the number of cell divisions and thus the biological aging process of the skin, which begins around the age of 25. The fatigue of elastic fibers in the dermis makes facial expressions visible. With natural skin aging, the cell division decreases significantly from about the age of 40 years.

Skin and Nutrition


Fine-tuned nutrition of the skin ensures that skin is protected, cared for and corrected at every age and condition. A key role is taken by those substances which are indispensable for the construction of the visible epidermis and the protection against the omnipresent free radicals: biotin and antioxidants. Both substances are essential for building and protecting a healthy, attractive skin - but without the support of other resources and measures, their effects are also limited. Optimal, skin-friendly nutrition is an essential part of what makes the skin easier to navigate the life cycle:

1. 2 liters of water per day help the skin to absorb necessary nutrients and reduce toxic substances.


2. Nuts, mushrooms, fish and pasta contain a lot of selenium, which acts against the accumulation of free radicals in skin cells.


3. 4 x daily small portions with fruits and vegetables such as berries, apricots, tomatoes, beetroot, spinach and beans contain antioxidants that help to slow down the effects of free radicals.


4. 2 x salmon or tuna per week provide so much coenzyme Q10 to maintain the energy in the skin cells, that even the increased need in the age after 25 years is covered.


5. Once a day lettuce and carrots contain as much vitamin A or beta-carotene that helps to prevent age spots and wrinkles.


6. 4 times a week a boiled egg provides sufficient biotin to ensure the production of keratin in the specialized cells.
