Directions to use Cutipro® Generation 3

When using the cream of Cutitop® Generation 3, optimal care and correction effects are best achieved by gently applying the cream twice a day, every 12 to 15 hours.

Take the capsules with food once a day. When consuming cigarettes, cigars or prolonged sunbathing, take two capsules daily for increased protection against free radicals. Do not interrupt the intake for 3 months, because only then a complete cycle of skin renewal is completed. To obtain the results, repeat the intake three times a year with a one-month break.

Science

Also for the skin:

The wonderful cycle of life follows a concept that leaves little to chance.

The combination of ingredients of Allderm® products follows this concept.
They safeguard and supplement the needs of active substances and nutrients that are indispensable for the protection, the care - and, if necessary, the corrections of skin changes.

Scientific studies shows that Allderm®'s generation-specific dermatological ingredients form the basis for the fact that skin can no longer be described as the reflection of age, but as the vital expression of healthy skin at any age.

Subject-related scientific information can be found in the "Studies" tab.

Good to know

Like all organs, the skin lives through the wonderful cycle of life that begins long before birth and ends with death. Whether this route becomes easy or difficult for the skin, on the one hand, the inherited genetic code and, on the other hand, the way in which the skin is protected, cared for and nourished by its wearer throughout its life.

The inherited genetic code gives both the instructions for the start of the life cycle, as well as for the aging process, which begins about the age of 25 years.
The then continuously decreasing number of cell divisions leads to reduced blood flow and nutrition of the skin, the ability of the epidermis to renew and store moisture, decreases, the skin becomes thinner, drier and more susceptible to injury. As is true of all organs, this process can not be prevented, but can be accelerated by improper diet, exercise, environmental pollution, smoking, negative stress, and so on.

Micronutrients, including vitamins and minerals, are important components of the skin structure that modulate many biological functions.
Skin-friendly nutrition is based on these needs and accordingly contains specific amounts of vitamins A, B7 (biotin), B3 (niacin), C, D and E. Daily 2 portions of fruits and vegetables and 2 x weekly boiled eggs, fish and meat meet the need. Detailed information on skin and nutrition can be found in the "Skin and Nutrition" tab. If your diet always meets these requirements, you should use Cutitop®  Generation 3.

Skin and Nutrition

Fine-tuned nutrition of the skin ensures that skin is protected, cared for and corrected at every age and condition. A key role is taken by those substances which are indispensable for the construction of the visible epidermis and the protection against the omnipresent free radicals: biotin and antioxidants. Both substances are essential for building and protecting a healthy, attractive skin - but without the support of other resources and measures, their effects are also limited. Optimal, skin-friendly nutrition is an essential part of what makes the skin easier to navigate the life cycle:

1. 2 liters of water per day help the skin to absorb necessary nutrients and reduce toxic substances.

2. Nuts, mushrooms, fish and pasta contain a lot of selenium, which acts against the accumulation of free radicals in skin cells.

3. 4 x daily small portions with fruits and vegetables such as berries, apricots, tomatoes, beetroot, spinach and beans contain antioxidants that help to slow down the effects of free radicals.

4. 2 x salmon or tuna per week provide so much coenzyme Q10 to maintain the energy in the skin cells, that even the increased need in the age after 25 years is covered.

5. Once a day lettuce and carrots contain as much vitamin A or beta-carotene that helps to prevent age spots and wrinkles.

6. 4 times a week a boiled egg provides sufficient biotin to ensure the production of keratin in the specialized cells.

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a healthy diet. But if your diet does not meet the requirements of a skin-friendly diet, Cuticaps® helps prevent dietary skin changes.

Accelerated skin aging is almost always the result of influences that the wearer can act on. Extensive sunbathing, smoking, certain medications, diets, environmental pollution and much more lead to the accumulation of so-called free radicals in the body.

Free radicals are highly aggressive molecules that carry out meaningful tasks in small quantities, and in large quantities cause an accelerated oxidation process that damages and destroys cells. With each pull on a cigarette, about 100 trillion free radicals are created, which declare war on even the most healthy, attractive skin. The visible results include pale, flaky, dry skin with pigmented spots and wrinkles. Even optimal, skin-friendly nutrition cannot eliminate this threat to the skin. The additional intake of Cuticaps® capsules can help to limit damage.
