Allderm Inc. will provide a full refund for all unused products returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with an approved Return Authorization.
Products must be in new, unused condition, not tampered with, and returned in original packaging.
Return Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned products; Allderm Inc. will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange product(s). If the return is our mistake, we will refund the shipping cost. We recommend shipping via ground.
