How should Orthomol® Fertil plus be taken?


Take the content one bag (= daily serving) with or after any meal or as directed by a health care professional. The daily dose can be taken together at one time or distributed over the course of the day.

 

How long should Orthomol® Fertil plus be taken?


A continual supply of micronutrients is required in order to provide the sperm with nutritional support over several weeks during formation and maturation.

 

Orthomol® Fertil plus should be taken for at least 3 months to optimize every stage of spermatogenesis and sperm maturation. This product can and should be taken until a child is conceived. Vitamin E: Important antioxidant vitamin (radical scavenger), protects the cell membrane against free radicals; has a favorable effect on sperm cell motility

 

Vitamin C: Protects the genetic information (DNA) against attacks by free radicals.

 

B Vitamins: Damage to the sperm DNA results in an impairment of sperm function Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid are important for the degradation of the metabolite homocysteine.
